I believe this will change your life in social marketing and sales on the sales floor-

Social marketing is like going to a party, lots of fun and interesting people to meet and learn about.
I am a top seller for Lazboy and I was blessed to meet another former top seller who told me she
learned from a top seller to NEVER sell anything to anyone without making them a friend first. We
have all done it in social marketing on the net because at first we don't think that there are real live
living breathing people on the other side of our blogs, notes, tweets, clicks, etc.. If you want to be
successful in social marketing join every group you can make comments like how's your day, what do you
do , things about the OTHER person instead of yourself..and next put them first not YOU, Don't be the
jerk so to speak that goes to the party and doesn't even say hi and starts handing out his business card
to everyone...in other words don't start blasting your ad everywhere hoping to get business you may get
some hits but it will be MUCH MUCH SLOWER! It's like going up a mountain in the beginning it will be slow, but after
awhile you will reach the top of that hill and you can't help but roll down - your friends will all start being
your "evangelist" so to speak they will tell all their friends about YOU! I used to be one of the largest
recruiters in a major company with over 3 million reps so I know how to build a big downline , I quit
because they treated me poorly (another blog about how to work in these types of situations) Same principle
you make friends take your time don't be in such a hurry and you will at least double your follows every year

year 2 2000 followers
year 3 4000 followers
year 4 8000 followers
year 5 16000 followers
year 6 32000 followers

and to be honest these numbers are EXTREMELY LOW if you are following me all over the net because I teach you how to do it faster,

By the way you can use this same principle in building a downline, on the sales floor, church work, anything...the key is to really love people and to care about them. So why do I share this with you? Well, I am a top seller for Lazboy and I hope you recommend me or come and meet me live if you are in Syracuse New York area just let them know you are a personal friend at the door and honestly I learned a lot in my experience and I just love people I feel I am gifted in sales and attracting people and (born salesman type- I trully just love people! - sometimes I am too nice and lose commission but hey I made a friend that will refer me 50 x's over through their life!) If you don't keep cultivating yourself you lose it, I suppose someday I may write a book and you can buy my book? Anyway- I share because I want to keep making friends as anyone in sales should do and who knows where you end up in life if you keep collecting friends- networking brings you all over the place.
