I am a mother of two boys age 16 and 13, also raising my neice since she was a month old, she is now 2 years old.
I run a couple of health/fitness sites. fitnessandkids.com and online-health-fitness.com
I enjoy meeting new people and networking, reading and working on my biz.
I work out about 4-5 times per week, what is life if you are not healthy and fit? Do not like to cook much but wish I would learn to like it some so my family could eat more:) LOL anyhow that is about it.

What are your beliefs about Motherhood?
